i removed the AC from my 86 tonight, and started to do the install on the heater box. i noticed that the hole where the AC heater hoses go will be covered by the non-ac box, this area will be used as the inlet to the heater core. the existing hole for the ac heater core will be covered with diamond plate. i need a general idea of how big the inlet needs to be cut, and a basic idea of where the heater hoses will exit the cab. any help you can provide is appreciated.
