That is just the 3100 section from GM heritage center 56 truck page https://www.gmheritagecenter.com/doc...olet-Truck.pdf
Scrolling down it there is no info as to if there is a difference in length of the hood or front fenders as there is on the AD trucks. Best is to just measure the old hood down the middle and get a couple of measurements to write down and then measure the 57 hood.
