I'd have to ask why. The regular AD truck stomp pedal setup is mechanical linkage connected to the starter and not practical for a later truck.
You can rig a tractor foot starter button to work and adapt the stomp pedal pad on top without a lot of trouble Those can be had at Tractor Supply or most farm equipment dealers and then just hook the start wire to the solenoid to it rather than a push button on the dash.

Still a rather lame cry for attention in a 60's truck that doesn't serve any real purpose. Doing it in and AD truck that had a stomp pedal and was converted to a V8 or later six that only has a solenoid starter and can't use the regular linkage is a simple way to put a starter button in those rigs.
