All you need is a washer, bolt that fits the threads in the front of the pump shaft (about 4" long, get an all thread bolt) and a nut. Put the nut on the bolt all the way, put the washer on the bolt. I got the bolt, nut and washer with my last few pumps I've bought as their method of installing the pulley.

Ocbaud: I've had great luck with these types of pullers on my power steering pulleys:
(They're inexpensive to buy, and are probably rentable/loanable, too.)
