How long a handle is on the half inch ratchet?
Are both cylinder heads off the block?
Using a 15" breaker bar, you should be able to turn over the engine relatively easily if both heads are off of it.
If the engine is tight to turn with the longer bar...with the heads off, drop the sump off and check the bearings asap....look for blued rod caps....and metal in sump...
In my experience, the alloy heads on an LS engine will not spit out spark plugs even with turbo boost....
