Differences are the three box mount brackets on the top of the frame would have to be replaced with the suburban mounts .... the rear cab support from a truck frame would have to be replaced with the sub rear cab support. And add the 12 or so inches onto the back of the frame... I have done truck onto suburban frames, chopped off back and it works fine. I don't see why the reverse wouldnt work.
