Well, I don't like the way body lifts look, their only good if you want bigger tires because your frame, bumpers and all that good stuff will stay at the same height. Unless you are using it for an off-road truck then I say no to body lifts, the only reason I would want one is if I need bigger tires on my rig for off-roading but want to keep the COG a little lower.
