Just have to do what a lot of the classic car dealers do, which is take something that runs okay, and make it LOOK like it's in fantastic shape. Fresh chrome, a cheap paint job, double the price, and list it.
Sadly, doing the job the right way rarely will lead to much profit, unless you're doing a build specifically for someone who is paying you to do it.
