Sneaking over on the S-10 forum I think you are good as long as it is an S-10 4x4 and not a ZR2 which is quite a bit wider yet No year by year though. https://www.s10forum.com/threads/end...widths.426783/

I'd say gear ratio and actual condition would be the primary concerns. A lot of those S-10 4x4 trucks around here got used pretty hard before they finally died. You don't find running and driving S-10 trucks very cheap here because the farm workers tend to buy them up as daily drivers or the farmers buy them for field trucks and they really get abused.
