The bedwood is in better shape than the deck in my '68 Stepside. Apache's a cool name, too. Much cooler than ''C/10,'' which sounds like a target in Battleship.
I prefer the 67-72 body style, but they did not skimp on sturdy steel body panels in that vintage.
In Arizona, in the cities, you have to get emission tested every year for any vehicle 67 or newer. The earlier trucks skate. In Alaska that's not an issue.
What engine does it have? With that stick, the tranny is likely an SM420, with a Granny low. Rockwell T221 transfer case. Good set-up for the bush.
