+ Sounds like a great one to have. I'd go along with the idea of getting it running and safe to drive even if you didn't stick the fresh chrome on it and just made a parts run in it once in a while. They don't always have to be ready to go play show and tell but it sure is nice to be able to hop in and move them under their own power or take one for a short run to town.
