I'm about convinced that most ls conversion radiators have problems - just pick one and search on it. I am about to try my 3rd radiator and need to replace or 'extend' the existing barb rubber hoses which are leaking. Tight clamps and heat make the hose just about impossible to remove without destroying the ends.
Anyone have any experience with this system?
Thanks

No experience but I had to look it up to see what it was. I checked out Summits page on it. Looks pretty bullet proof to me.

On another note, I used my stock radiator when I put the LS1/4l60e in my '67 Panel Truck and have had no issues with it. The radiator I had, had a heater hose outlet on it, up towards the top and I connected the LS steam port hose to that.
