Why do people use urethane bushings? Because they are stiffer than stock rubber and don't allow flexing. Those steel bushings already do that. Believe me, the steel will be lots firmer than urethane.
Save your money for something else. Everytime I've ever used urethane stuff (mini trucks and street rods), I've been sorry I did. The car always develops more vibration in it. The rubber stuff does good insulating road vibration from you.
