No the 3 speed had another transfer case on it. I got the 221 with the 4 speed from LeRoy. When I measured I thought they were the same, but like I said I had to shift forward about an Inch and a half. Guess I'll just have the front shaft shortened and hope the rear will work. If not I may have to have it lengthened. Have you had any trouble out of the 221? I have heard they are good, but not used this one yet. Jeff.
