The best place to start is probably with your front axle, you’ll need to figure out if it’s got standard or metric calipers on it. Can you post up a few pictures of the axle? Specifically the front cover and the hubs, those are pretty easy Id points. One you figure that part out finding extend hoses isn’t a big deal.

Are the front spring mounts/core support mounts bolted or riveted to the frame? Sounds like the body of your truck got transplanted onto a 4x4 frame. That vin on the frame is just a partial vin. Going from that partial It’s a 70 Janesville frame but if it has disk brakes the front axle has been swapped.
