Not to be a wise guy, but that camshaft might be better used as a post for a mailbox. So much unknown, you could spend a lot of money and time for no useful result. The reason that I (jokingly) say mailbox post is because there is a mailbox at a house about 1/3 a mile from me that the owners actually are using a cam from (I think) a 6-cylinder engine for the post. I'll take a pic if you want, but a V-8 camshaft would be kind of short for that use.
