The NP205 swap isn't hard at all, I just have not had time to work on my truck in a long time. I am not sure yet if the rear driveshaft will need changed, but im pretty sure the front is too long. Ok, I guess drilling the new holes in the frame was hard...but I used a DeWalt battery powered angle drill. Finding a 465/205 adaptor can be hard to do too, I was quoted around $200 for just the adaptor
But a free 465/205 combo fell into my lap, so it was kinda nice.
