I have the following:

(1) inner bracket that mounts the handle to the hatch
(1) driver's side rod that connects handle to driver's side latch
(1) passenger's side rod that connects handle to passenger's side latch
(?) clips to attach rods to handle
(1) driver's side hatch latch

From what I remember that is everything you would need except the torsion spring. I'll dig this stuff out tonight to see if I am forgeting anything, condition, price, etc.
