that’s a tough one. Looks pretty rough for sure. As much as I hate seeing a K end it’s life, it would be going to keep another K alive, that’s one plus. If it was still the original colors and had a good title I think it would be worth fighting for. Your K20 probably could use a tilt and tach right? All that said, it’s got great potential no doubt about it.
