I’ve honestly not seen another swb diesel myself. I just didn’t want to call it rare without knowing how many was made in 84. I can’t find that data. I’ve heard from another post, they was more common in the north East.
But I am exited about this build. It’s been 4 years or so since ive finished the 72. Ls swaps are everywhere. And nothing wrong with that. I just can’t swap over in this square body being a factory C code engine.
Today is fixing the wiring mess ups they did. They put the two red wires on the starter to the purple wire post. Jumped the glow plug relay to hot all the time. Burned it up. But that gave power to the fuel shut off.
