Wrong.

I would go back & ask the foreman what exactly those wires did. Each one. As he explains, have him show you how they 'repaired' the wire (each one). Each will have to be either replaced or spliced. If he can't provide those answers, he cannot say you don't need them. He has to know what each wire did or he is BS'ing you.

I know you're seeking some sort of numbered/verified list of what is needed. Since these trucks are different based on build options, any list may not be accurate nor fix possible issues from the initial problem (fire).
