I’m not sure if anyone else is having this problem. I had a heck of a time finding a good steering box from this era. I received two from autozone that the threads were completely stripped on coupler and pitman arm. WTF? I found one online that was pretty nice. He talked a little bit and he said they are getting harder to find. Prices have sky rocketed to 4 to 500 bucks. I didn’t realize these are in such high demand. I do noticed if I go to the junkyard and see a c10 the power steering box is always gone. So maybe I should start collecting them?
