All of the replacement harnesses that I have bought, have been "plug and play". Everything plugged in where the old came out; all connectors are as originally equipped from the factory; color of wiring conforms to factory diagrams. Clips are usually included, if the original had them.
Another alternative that I have used is:
www.wiringharness.com. This is the website for M&H Fabricators. They build the harnesses that a lot of vendors have for sale. The will talk to you on a land line, if you have questions. They also sell to the public and the take credit cards, too.
