Re: Advanced Design on 00-06 Tahoe/Yukon chassis?

There have been a number of two wheel drive Dakota swaps done, Width with them is good.

Steve at www.industrialchassis.com has done at least one two wheel drive Dakota swap.

Wheelbases run :
Dimensions
111.9 in (2,842 mm) (reg. short)
123.9 in (3,147 mm) (reg. long)
131.0 in (3,327 mm) (ext. cab)

That would mean you would have to do some work to get 116 for a short bed or 125-1/4 for a long bed.

Rich at Purple Monkey Kustoms in Florida has done a ton of 88/ ?? chassis swaps under AD trucks. They look good in the photos.

48 Chev 3100 that will run a 292 Six.
71 GMC 2500 that is getting a Cad 500 transplant.
77 C 30 dualie, 454, 4 speed with a 10 foot flatbed and hoist. It does the heavy work and hauls the projects around.
