Well for me powder coating was just to costly so I painted my frame. The steps I did was:

Step 1: Media blasting the frame and suspension: $400
Step 2: Paint parts with POR15: $53
Step 3: Paint frame/suspension w/ single stage: $130

Total: $583

I painted over the POR15 because it is not UV resistant and it was paintable. Hope my info helps.
