I don’t know how the newer chassis work, but I used an ’88 k2500 for my ’47 panel. I like torsion bars and left the engine alone, but I did have a custom radiator built. The gas filler was moved to the driver’s side. This has the driver side diff and the exhaust is on the passenger side. I’m happy with how the wheels sit in the openings. I took a bunch of measurements and figured out how things line up before starting the project.
