I looked into it an looked at the measurements. If you take a lwb frame and put a swb box on it that will give you 12 + or - " to extend your cab. take the back of your cab and most of the roof and move it back. Then you can buy a replacement roof. That was with a standard size door. If you are going to lengthen the door then you would need to move the pillar and it might be better to section the whole cab.
