The spring perches and shock mounts should be the same.

Get one with the same gear ratio. You can re-program your PCM for the new ratio with a tuner and maybe the ABS controller with a Tech2 (I'm not positive you can do the ABS without a new CAL from GM) but why make it more difficult than it needs to be.
Look on the SPID in the glovebox for the gear codes.
