Cab is completely trash

Floors are rotten or gone all the way from the rockers up past the cab supports and the rear of the cab is almost completely rotted off in front of the gas tank. I do have another 1-ton dually (a '68) with a nice cab I'm getting and keeping, probably going to throw it on the half ton frame I have now for my '72 (which also has a trashed cab). This week I'm getting more parts to complete my northstar from a friend (another bottom end, starter, intake, injectors, engine harness).
