We had a portable dish washer in our old two story house that I had planned to use in the garage when we remodeled the kitchen but we sold the house before we got to that point.
That thing was a pain in the house as you had to roll it over to the sink and hook it up and put the drain hose in the sink and then figure out how you were going to get around it but my wife loved having a dishwasher for the first time.
