I've got a factory tilt column that I ended up not using on my build. I purchased it from another member, then sent it to KevsClassics for a full restoration - he did a beautiful job!
Pick up in SoCal - 91387

Price: $450 + shipping

EDIT: I don't have a box to ship, so the column will need to be picked up.
