A BB will run a little warmer than the run of the mill sb. I run a 180 stat in my 383, & it stays pretty constant on temp(tween 180-190). I ran a BB Olds in the truck, with the same 4 row core (fresh rad)....that one ran a 160 stat, & generally ran 210 in traffic on a 95 degree day. she would cool down to 175 rollin down the road tho.... I agree that 210 is no big problem.....you start pushing 225-230 & I get a little nervous  crazyL
