Just my 2 cents. I tried looking for a used/like new set for my k10 also and after finding a set on one of the Facebook forums I bought a set from a guy who said they were in very good shape with no pits ect. Fast forward I received the gears and cleaned them up in my parts washer only to find a bunch of pits and chips. Got ahold of the guy about the problem and he was a real a$$ about it. They really wasn't worth even sending back because of the shipping charges. He wasn't even going to do anything about it until I filled a PayPal claim . I ended up taking a video of me cutting them up with a torch and he refunded me the price of the gears .I lost the shipping fees I payed . Long story short, if you can see them in person you might be ok, but you can buy new for 130.00. Look up Quick Performance out of Ames Iowa as they have great prices and good combo deals.
