I have what your looking for , I wanted to get as much done on the VA install before ordering the kit and another member sent it to me , I haven't done it yet but if you'll ship it back to me I'll send it to you to use ? I'll get a few pics of what I have and if it's what you need I'll send it to you ? it's the install instructions and plate . I shaved and smoothed mine as well .
