The flip kit on my 69 dropped the back just over 7” and I used ECE 2 1/2” disc conversion spindles and 2” springs in the front for a 4 1/2” front 7” rear drop.
I highly recommend 17” or 18” wheels so you can run more backspace. I switched to 5 lug wheels front and rear. The rear I did by swapping in a 71-72 wider axle housing to better accommodate my wheel/tire combo. Mine is a step side bed.
