Check for power at the purple (86) starter wire when trying to crank. If no power probably neutral safety switch. Did you try cranking in neutral instead of park? Also try moving your shifter while trying to crank to see if neutral safety switch may be out of adjustment.
I ran my stock purple wire directly to the starter.
