My advice if you have the money is to go with the edelbrock power package its not a racing setup but it will give you a better manifold and carb and camshaft all the parts are matched to work together.
Also the camshaft is easy to take out but it requires you to remove the manifold loosen the rockers remove the pushrods then remove all the lifters once you get there get you a cam tool or three good long bolts and rotate the cam out or pull slowly making sure not to nick the cam bearings and journals. inspect your cam for wear and decide from there.
