4wd frames have about 1" more rise over the front end, but they all end up at the same point, at least, by the time it gets to the core support mounts. Core supports and sheet metal is all the same. We had researched and managed to find GM profile drawings on both when a friend wanted to convert a panel truck to 4wd. Unfortunately, those were lost in a computer crash years ago. Just not sure if they get back inline by that crossmember.
