The TCI Rattler damper also has no rubber ring. But I'm not sure if they have timing marks around the toral circumference. They also make some noise when the engine is running, thus the name.
You want an "internally balanced" damper for a 350. 400's are externally balanced.
There are also "pinned" dampers which have the outer ring with limit stops to avoid the slipping problem.
