If your still full time then yes you will have problems without the weight. If your part time....knock yourself out. Just only use 4x4 at low speed.
Just because your not havining problems on the street doesn't mean your not going to have problems off road. Drive the passengerside wheel up on a ramp and see the clearence looks like.
