I hope this picture will be helpful. I don't have the ramhorns, I used ceramacoat headers, but the same principals would apply. I used 2-1/2" aluminized, ran the pipe over the rear axle, tricky bends with the trailing arms & shocks, but a good exhaust man can do just about anything. I used 2-1/2" Summit turbo mufflers, but I dont have to worry about rust, as this is strictly a pleasure craft. If it was going to see bad weather, I would have gone with stainless.
