Sacramento is a town of 500,000 people, so I would find it hard to believe that it would be hard to find a frame shop, or body shop that does frame work. As far as the price, that would just have to be checked out. Maybe it would be cheaper to buy a different frame. Either way, the frame would be the first thing I would check. Everything else is based off of that.
