No problem on the questions.

I just use a high quality standard glass cutter. The secret is in how you make the cuts. Cut all the way around the piece first. Then break the long side first to separate the one you are working on from the rest of the glass. Then make angled cuts out from the corners and tap the glass from underneath to finish separating the pieces. (see picture)

I also have a pattern for the DG4 style exterior mirrors.
