Re: pdx-sanity66

We are leaving for Oregon in 2 weeks, so I am starting to finalize a few things on a few of the smaller truck projects I've been working on. Yesterday I finished the window cranks. lubed the crank mechanism with lithium grease and put them back in their place with new rivets. I'm going to throw a little paint where needed and they are ready. I'm also trying to get the wing windows back together. I've decided that I'm going to replace the rear diff. with an Eaton limited slip, a new ring and pinion, and everything needed to do the job. I should have done this earlier but I was reluctant to. I've got new dutchman chrome molly axles, new outer bearings, and all new brakes all ready installed. It's not going to happen until we get back but I'm hoping to get all set up. It's going to be a busy couple of weeks and we're having 100+ temps to go with that.
