Frame question
This is gonna be a different question from the normal....has anyone lengthened a frame ? The reason I ask is because I have a 68 GMC 1 ton longbed stepside and I want to get rid of all the 1 ton suspension so I can get a better ride. The 1 ton has a 9 foot bed and I want to keep it that way. So I was thinking about trying to get half ton frame and lengthening it. Any thoughts ?????
