Got a back surgery coming up so have been working overtime to complete stuff before i send it off for all the leak repairs. Have rewired about everything. Completely rewired the cab light, 4x4 and column shift indicators. Modded the shift indicator with an LED array light long ago and decided to do same for cab light as shown below. Would have done same for 4x4 indicator but there is no room for it so stuck with the 84 factory light. Also fixed many issues that i (or the pot head mechanic) screwed up these many years. The biggest triumph is the steering wheel fix. Pure pleasure to drive now. Saved like a grand on replacing it (and all the pain). Had to rewire the power to the cab light as the 54's original plastic coated wires have gone brittle and break easily. Again, In hindsight, reusing the 84 chassis factory harness and fusebox was a real mistake.
