Thought if I could be the first to reply I would make it a god one...
Take it for a test drive and see how it does. If it runs good, not smoking, no odd sounds, and the cab is in decent shape, I would say it would be a good price. Front sheet metal is not to hard to find and if your using it for hauling may get some damage from use, so not a big deal.
One more plus would be if your planning on doing the work on the shop your thinking of building, you would have a way to haul stuff for it. Down side would be that 71 up had disk brakes, for stoping when hauling the big loads.
2nd option would be to find some one pulling a Six with a few less miles than the one in the 70 and replace it for the lowes runs??? Have seen a few on the parts board at some good prices and a free one not too long ago. That way like cdowns said more money for the Blazer.
