The 69-72 GMC 3/4 caps the center hub area was inverted out and painted black with the orange GMC letters.
Then on the 73-76, same style hubcap but the center hub is not inverted and painted like yours with unpainted hub center with orange GMC letters. Then in late 1976 they went with the more flat version aluminum cap. Paint wise this was true on both the 1/2 and 3/4 ton style hubcaps which are different diameters about 10" and 12 ".

To answer your question, the 3 caps the left with the open caps are 1977 up to 1991 square body and the 3 full caps on right are technically 1973-76 GMC.
