The holes in yellow are for the Christmas tree fasteners that hold the OEM firewall pad. If not using that insulation, they can be welded up. The 2 in green are for the stock battery tray I believe, so again optional. The ones in blue will not be needed for Vintage Air except you may need the lower one to measure from to get the 2 new holes positioned correctly.
