When I replaced mine, the half moon connector in the harness was roached. I replaced it with the straight style. My new T/S switch from Napa came with a straight conn on the switch, and an adapter that went from straight to half moon. I used the straight part of the adapter to hack into my harness and it worked fine. The rest of the harness is fuggered up anyway, so I didn't worry about keeping it original.
